12. The refund may be increased by a compensatory amount in respect of stocks of paddy rice harvested within the Community and of husked rice obtained therefrom, in hand at the end of a marketing year and forming part of that year's crop, which are exported without further processing in the form of wholly milled rice or semi-milled rice between the beginning of the following marketing year and dates still to be determined.
12. Pour le riz paddy récolté dans la Communauté et le riz décortiqué obtenu à partir de ce riz, qui se trouvent en stock à la fin d'une campagne de commercialisation et proviennent de la récolte de cette campagne, et qui sont exportés, en l'état ou sous la forme de riz blanchi ou semi-blanchi, entre le début de la campagne suivante et des dates à déterminer, la restitution peut être majorée d'un montant compensatoire.
