Here, a T-bone steak is expensive, and a tomato is certainly a lot cheaper, but if you go to Natashquan or Chevery, like I did in February, a tomato costs almost more than a T-bone because to buy a tomato in February, it has to be shipped there practically by November, so imagine what it will cost in February if it is still good to eat.
Une tranche de steak, un «T-Bone», comme on dit communément, coûte cher ici et une tomate coûte beaucoup moins cher, mais si on s'en va à Natashquan ou à Chevery, comme j'y suis allé au mois de février, une tomate vaut quasiment plus cher qu'un «T-Bone», parce que pour obtenir une tomate au mois de février, il faut qu'elle soit arrivée presque au mois de novembre.
