The committee heard testimony from two credible and, in my opinion, important witnesses: Ms. Karen Davis, a defence scientist at the Canadian Forces Leadership Institute in Kingston, Ontario, who served in the army for many years as a personnel selection officer; and Dr. Marcia Kovitz, professor and Chair of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at John Abbott College, an affiliate of the McGill Centre for Research and Teaching on Women.
