- As it currently stands, the restructuring project involves: . reductions in production capacity for pig iron, steel and cold-rolled products, sectors in which there is much surplus capacity in the Community and producers are having to make restructuring efforts; . the creation of a modern integrated steelworks (electric converter and hot rolling mill).
