Motion no 9 Que le projet de loi C-44 soit modifié par adjonction, après la ligne 42, page 3, de ce qui suit: «3.1 Pour l'application de l'alinéa 3g), «cession» s'entend de l'action d'offrir le port ou le havre, d'abord à la province où il est situé, en deuxième lieu à la municipalité où il est situé, et en troisième lieu à tout autre acquéreur de bonne foi qui satisfait aux critères établis par le ministre».
``3.1 For the purpose of paragraph 3(g), ``disposition'' means the offering of a port or harbour, first, to the province in which the port or harbour is located, second, to the municipality in which the port or harbour is located and, third, to any other bona fide purchaser who meets the criteria set out by the Minister'.
