The category is designed to include a group of children with severe mental retardation (IQ below 35) who show major problems in hyperactivity and in attention, as well as stereotyped behaviours. Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptom ...[+++]s, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. (3) Members, shareholders and creditors of an association and their personal representatives may examine the central securities register during the usual business hours of the association and may take extracts from it free of charge or have copies of it made on payment of a reasonable fee. If the association is a distributing association, any other person may on payment of a reasonable fee examine the central securities register during the usual business hours of the association and take extracts from it or have copies of it made.

(3) A member, shareholder or creditor of an association or their personal representative — or if the association is a distributing association, any person — is entitled to a basic list of members or shareholders of the association.

(2) An association that is subject to an exemption under provincial securities legislation, or to an order of the relevant provincial securities regulator that provides that the association is not a reporting issuer for the purposes of the applicable legislation, is not a distributing association for the purpose of subsection (1).
