À la suite de la publication d’un avis d’expiration prochaine des mesures antidumping applicables aux importations de bioéthanol originaire des États-Unis d’Amérique, la Commission européenne (ci-après la «Commission») a été saisie d’une demande de réexamen de ces mesures conformément à l’article 11, paragraphe 2, du règlement (UE) 2016/1036 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 8 juin 2016 relatif à la défense contre les importations qui font l’objet d’un dumping de la part de pays non membres de l’Union européenne (ci-après le «règlement de base»).
