1. 1. Without prejudice to Article 154 of the Treaty, any dispute either between Members of the Joint Undertaking or between one or more Members and the Joint Undertaking concerning the interpretation or application of these Statutes, which is not settled by the good offices of the Governing Board, may, at the request of any party to the dispute, be submitted to an arbitration tribunal.
