La Commission européenne a décidé ce jour d'autoriser le programme de soutien financier en faveur d'Almagrera S.A (Huelva - Andalousie) et sa privatisation ultérieure. Almagrera S.A. est une société minière fondée en 1945 par l'Instituto Nacional de Industria (INI) dont l'activité actuelle consiste dans l'extraction de cuivre, de zinc et de plomb, et dans la production d'acide sulfurique. 99,98 % du capital d'Almagrera S.A. appartiennent au holding d'État SEPI (Sociedad Estatal de Partecipaciones Industriales).
The European Commission today decided to approve the financial support scheme and the subsequent privatisation of Almagrera S.A (Huelva - Andalusia), a mining company founded in 1945 by Instituto Nacional de Industria (INI) currently running operations of extraction of copper, zinc, lead and, as by-product, of sulphuric acid; Almagrera is owned at 99,98% of capital by Spain State's holding SEPI (Societad Estatal de Partecipaciones Industriales).
