– (PL) M. le Président, je souhaiterais faire usage du forum du Parlement européen pour protester contre la résiliation illégale par le Fonds national pour la protection de l’environnement, agence gouvernementale polonaise, de son contrat avec la fondation Lux Veritatis, ayant pour objet la réalisation d’investissements dans des projets géothermiques pour Toruń, qui s’est accompagnée de l’annonce selon laquelle les sommes colossales déboursées par la fondation au titre de ces investissements ne lui seraient pas restituées.
– (PL) Mr President, I wish to use the forum of the European Parliament to protest against the unlawful termination by the National Fund for Environmental Protection, which is subordinate to the Polish Government, of its contract with the Lux Veritatis Foundation to implement a geothermal investment for Toruń, while at the same time announcing that there will be no refund of the vast sums that the Foundation has spent on this investment.
