at, la contrevaleur correspondante étant versée au bud ...[+++]get de l'État en vue d'être affectée au fonds d'amortissement des titres d'État; qu'il s'agit là d'une anticipation de l'échéance précédemment fixée pour les personnes qui devaient échanger des lires contres des euros, sans que cette modification ait été annoncée de manière appropriée;
A. whereas it has emerged from reports to the Italian consumer protection association ADICO that pursuant to a decision adopted by the Monti Government on 6 December 2011 or, more precisely, Article 26 of Decree Law No 121, derogating from the Act adopted in 2002, lira banknotes and coins still in circulation would revert to the Treasury with immediate effect, and that the value thereof would be made over to the State budget to be assigned to the fund for the amortisation of state securities; and whereas, therefore, the final deadline for changing lire into euros has been brought forward without due warning;
