Je saurais gré à la Présidence de confirmer, en conclusion du débat, que telle n’est pas la position et que la Charte restera contraignante pour les Tchèques et leur président en son château.
I would be grateful if the Presidency, in concluding the debate, could confirm that this is far from the position and that the Charter will still be binding upon the Czechs and their President sitting in his castle.
