For the purposes of applying the provisions of paragraph I, as at 1 January 1997, the value of the assets in kind allocated under concession to the high-voltage transmission network appearing as liabilities on EDF's balance sheet is to be entered, net of the corresponding revaluation differences, under the item “Contributed capital” ’.
