Le représentant du HCR ne participe pas aux réunions lorsque le conseil d'administration exerce les fonctions visées à l'article 29, paragraphe 1, points b), h), i), j) et m), et paragraphe 2, et lorsque le conseil d'administration décide de libérer des moyens financiers pour financer des activités permettant au Bureau d'appui de bénéficier de l'expertise du HCR en matière d'asile, comme prévu à l'article 50.
The representative of the UNHCR shall not take part in the meeting when the Management Board performs the functions laid down in points (b), (h), (i), (j) and (m) of Article 29(1) and in Article 29(2), and when the Management Board decides to make financial resources available for financing the activities enabling the Support Office to benefit from the UNHCR's expertise in asylum matters as referred to in Article 50.
