d) Le comité directeur se réunit en règle générale une fois par an, de préférence avant la réunion du comité paritaire créé dans le cadre de l'accord de coopération entre la Communauté européenne et l'Inde relatif au partenariat et au développement, et conformément à un calendrier établi d'un commun accord; les réunions se tiennent alternativement dans la Communauté et en Inde.
(d) The Steering Committee shall, as a general rule, meet annually, preferably before the meeting of the Joint Commission established in the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and India on Partnership and Development, and according to a jointly agreed schedule; the meetings should be held alternatively in the Community and in India.
