Le Tribunal, conformément à la jurisprudence de la Cour, conclut que les garanties conférées par le droit de propriété ne peuvent être étendues à la protection de simples intérêts d’ordre commercial, dont le caractère aléatoire est inhérent à l’essence même de l’activité économique.
The General Court held, in line with the case-law of the Court of Justice, that the guarantees accorded by the right to property cannot be extended to protect mere commercial interests or opportunities, the uncertainties of which are part of the very essence of economic activity.
