Me référant à l’article 16, paragraphes 2 et 3, de l’accord entre la Communauté européenne et le gouvernement du Canada relatif aux mesures sanitaires de protection de la santé publique et animale applicables au commerce d’animaux vivants et de produits animaux, fait à Ottawa le 17 décembre 1998, ci-après désigné par “l’accord”, j’ai l’honneur de proposer les modifications suivantes à l’annexe V de l’accord conformément aux recommandations du comité de gestion mixte institué par son article 16, paragraphe 1.
With reference to Article 16(2) and (3) of the Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Canada on sanitary measures to protect public and animal health in respect of trade in live animals and animal products, done at Ottawa on 17 December 1998, hereafter called “the Agreement”, I have the honour to propose modifications to Annex V to the Agreement in accordance with the recommendations of the Joint Management Committee established under Article 16(1) of the Agreement, as follows:
