Cette équipe assiste la Cour, le Tribunal de première instance et le Tribunal de la fonction publique dans l'exercice de leur fonction juridictionnelle, notamment par l'élaboration d'études et de notes de droit comparé, de droit international et de droit communautaire, et contribue à la diffusion de la jurisprudence en matière de droit communautaire, notamment par l'analyse juridique et documentaire des décisions des juridictions communautaires.
The team assists the Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the Civil Service Tribunal in carrying out their judicial function, in particular by compiling studies and notes on comparative, international and Community law, and assists in disseminating case-law on Community law, in particular by means of legal and documentary analysis of the decisions of the Community courts.
