L'article 41 de la Charte cite également, de manière non exhaustive, certains des éléments entrant dans la définition du droit à une bonne administration, comme le droit d'être entendu, le droit de chaque personne d’avoir accès au dossier qui la concerne, le droit à la communication des motifs d'une décision de l'administration et la possibilité de demander réparation pour les dommages causés par les institutions ou par leurs agents dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, et les droits linguistiques.
Article 41 of the Charter further indicates, in a non-exhaustive way, some of the elements included in the definition of the right to good administration such as the right to be heard, the right of every person to have access to their file, the right to be given reasons for a decision of the administration and the possibility of claiming damages caused by the institutions and its servants in the performance of their duties, and language rights.
