«2 bis. Sans préjudice de l’article 4, paragraphe 2, et des articles 5 et 6, une entreprise mère régie par le droit interne d’un État membre dont toutes les entreprises filiales présentent, tant individuellement que collectivement, un intérêt négligeable au regard de l’objectif visé à l’article 16, paragraphe 3, est exemptée de l’obligation imposée à l’article 1er, paragraphe 1».
‘2a. Without prejudice to Article 4(2) and Articles 5 and 6, any parent undertaking governed by the national law of a Member State which only has subsidiary undertakings which are not material for the purposes of Article 16(3), both individually and as a whole, shall be exempted from the obligation imposed in Article 1(1)’.
