1. Sans préjudice des décisions visées à l'article 14, pour chaque exercice financier, une déclaration annuelle présentée conformément à un modèle fixé par la Commission ainsi qu'un certificat et un rapport d'audit sont établis conformément aux dispositions de l'article 6, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement (CE) n° 1258/1999, de l'article 4 et de l'article 5, paragraphe 1, points a), c), e), et paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) n° 1663/95. Ces documents sont transmis à la Commission par l'ordonnateur national.
1. Without prejudice to decisions referred to in Article 14, for each financial year an annual declaration presented in accordance with a form established by the Commission together with a certificate and an audit report as required by Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1258/1999, Article 4 and Article 5(1)(a), (c) and (e), and Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1663/95 shall be drawn up by the applicant country and transmitted to the Commission by the national authorising officer.
