Si l’autorité compétente nomme un administrateur temporaire pour travailler avec l’organe de direction de l’établissement, elle précise en outre, au moment de cette nomination, le rôle, les fonctions et les compétences de l’administrateur temporaire, ainsi que toute obligation faite à la direction de l’établissement de consulter celui-ci ou d’obtenir son accord avant de prendre certaines décisions ou mesures.
If the competent authority appoints a temporary administrator to work with the management body of the institution, the competent authority shall further specify at the time of such an appointment the role, duties and powers of the temporary administrator and any requirements for the management body of the institution to consult or to obtain the consent of the temporary administrator prior to taking specific decisions or actions.
