- (PT) Monsieur le Président, je commencerais par féliciter notre collègue Barbara O'Toole pour son rapport qui tombe à point nommé. Je voudrais dire ceci en ce qui le concerne : par les temps qui courent, ce n'est pas seulement le concept du livre qui change ; c'est aussi celui du lettrisme.
