3. demande au gouvernement iraquien de mettre fin à son blocus du camp d'Achraf et de respecter le statut juridique de "personnes protégées", au sens des conventions de Genève, dont bénéficient les résidents de ce camp et de renoncer à toute initiative qui mettrait leur vie ou leur sécurité en danger, notamment en les privant du libre accès à la nourriture, à l'eau, au matériel et aux soins médicaux, aux carburants, ainsi que de leurs contacts avec les membres de leurs familles et avec les organisations humanitaires internationales;
3. Calls on the Iraqi Government to end its blockade of the camp, to respect the legal status of the Camp Ashraf residents as protected persons under the Geneva Conventions, and to refrain from any action that would endanger their life or security, i.e. to afford them full access to food, water, medical care and supplies, fuel, family members and international humanitarian organisations;
