Le 4 août 2014, la Commission européenne a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel les entreprises Oji Holdings Corporation («OJI», Japon) et Innovation Network Corporation of Japan («INCJ», Japon) acquièrent, au sens de l’article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement sur les concentrations, le contrôle en commun de la branche Pulp, Paper Packaging Business de Rank Group Limited («PPP Business», Nouvelle-Zélande) par achat d’actions.
On 4 August 2014, the European Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertakings Oji Holdings Corporation (‘OJI’, Japan) and Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (‘INCJ’, Japan) acquire within the meaning of the article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation joint control of the Pulp, Paper Packaging Business of Rank Group Limited (‘PPP Business’, New Zealand) by way of purchase of shares.
