22. prend notre que, outre l'augmentation des effectifs, un nouvel organigramme a été mis en place en septembre 2011 pour affecter un nombre suffisant de personnel notamment au renforcement des tâches administratives et horizontales, à la planification et à l'exécution du budget, à la gestion des ressources humaines ainsi qu'aux missions d'audit comptable et d'audit interne, jetant ainsi les bases d'une solide fonction d'état-major au service de l'Institut;

Acknowledges that in addition to the staff increase, a new organisational structure was established in September 2011 to allocate a sufficient number of effectives to reinforce, in particular, administrative and horizontal tasks, budget planning and implementation, human resources management, and accounting and internal audit tasks, thus creating a solid supportive service base for the Institute;
