En réponse à ces mesures d’organisation de la procédure, par courrier parvenu au greffe du Tribunal de la fonction publique le 18 février 2008, la Commission a transmis, tel que requis dans le rapport préparatoire d’audience, sous c), un tableau non nominatif des notes éliminatoires des candidats n’ayant pas réussi l’épreuve orale.
In response to those measures of organisation of procedure, by letter received at the Tribunal Registry on 18 February 2008, the Commission sent to the Tribunal, as called for in point (c) of the preparatory report for the hearing, a table, without names, of the eliminatory marks of the candidates who had failed the oral test.
