3. plaude all'adozione da parte della Corte di giustizia, nel luglio 2007, di un codice di condotta applicabile ai membri e agli ex membri della Corte di giustizia, del Tribunale di primo grado e del Tribunale della funzione pubblica , che include l'obbligo di trasmettere una dichiarazione di interessi finanziari al Presidente della Corte di giustizia; sottolinea tuttavia di aver chiesto a più riprese, per motivi di trasparenza e nonostante la mancanza ad oggi di un obbligo giuridico, di pubblicare dichiarazioni concrete, per esempio sul sito web della Corte di giustizia;

Notes with satisfaction the adoption by the ECJ in July 2007 of a code of conduct applying to Members and former Members of the Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the Civil Service Tribunal , including an obligation to submit a declaration of financial interests to the President of the Court of Justice; stresses, however, its repeated request, in the interest of transparency, even in the absence of legal requirement at present, for the publication of concrete declarations, for example on the ECJ's website;
