d)quando si deve ricorrere ad agenti collegati in uno Stato membro in cui un’impresa di investimento non ha stabilito una succursale, una descrizione dell’uso previsto di detti agenti e una struttura organizzativa, che comprenda i rapporti gerarchici e indichi l’inquadramento degli agenti della struttura societaria dell’impresa di investimento.
(d)where tied agents are to be used in a Member State in which an investment firm has not established a branch, a description of the intended use of the tied agent(s) and an organisational structure, including reporting lines, indicating how the agent(s) fit into the corporate structure of the investment firm.
