In considerazione dell’alto numero di produttori esportatori che hanno collaborato all’inchiesta che ha condotto all’istituzione del dazio antidumping («inchiesta iniziale») nella RPC, è stato selezionato un campione di produttori esportatori cinesi e per le società incluse nel campione sono state istituite aliquote del dazio individuali comprese tra il 4,8 % e il 12,8 %, mentre per le altre società che hanno collaborato non inserite nel campione è stata fissata un’aliquota del dazio dell’8,4 %.
Given the large number of cooperating exporting producers in the investigation that led to the imposition of the anti-dumping duty (‘the original investigation’) in the PRC, a sample of Chinese exporting producers was selected and individual duty rates ranging from 4,8 % to 12,8 % were imposed on the companies included in the sample, while other cooperating companies not included in the sample were attributed a duty rate of 8,4 %.
