Detto questo, non possiamo ignorare che, prendendo a pretesto la “libertà di circolazione”, si stanno costituendo un sistema informativo e dei database che vanno ben oltre il proprio obiettivo e sono inclusi in uno degli strumenti centrali (o “struttura portante”) dell’offensiva sulla sicurezza (condotta dall’Unione europea) e della progressiva “comunitarizzazione” della giustizia e degli affari interni, settori questi che sono al centro della sovranità degli Stati membri.
Having said this, we cannot ignore the fact that, using the excuse of ‘freedom of movement’, an information system and databases are being set up which go well beyond this objective, making these into one of the central supporting instruments (or ‘backbone’) of the security offensive (led by the EU) and the progressive ‘Communitisation’ of justice and home affairs, areas which are at the heart of Member State sovereignty.
