L'accordo tra il governo portoghese e la Borealis prevede dunque la cessione del 100% del capitale sociale della CNP, previo ripianamento ad opera dello Stato di gran parte dell'indebitamento della società, per un importo di 185 milioni di USD (136,9 Mecu), e scorporo delle attività non comprese nell'accordo di concessione. The agreement between the Portuguese government and Borealis foresees the sale of 100% of the share capital of CNP, after the company will have been cleaned by the State from a major part of its debt, 185 Million USD (136.9 MECU), and from the assets not allocated to the concession agreement The sale price will be determined in two stages, being a base fixed price, to be paid by Borealis on 1 January 1996, of 125 Million DM (66.8 MECU), and an additional variable price based on the actual evolution of the market, to be paid after four years, calculated on the basis of the cash flow realised by the company over this period.
