In deroga all'articolo 123 del regolamento (UE) n. [.]/2012 [RDC], l'importo delle spese sostenute in una valuta diversa dall'euro è convertito in euro dai beneficiari al tasso di cambio contabile mensile della Commissione nel mese in cui tali spese sono state sostenute o nel mese in cui sono state presentate all'autorità di gestione o al controllore per verifica, conformemente all'articolo 20, ovvero nel mese in cui il rendiconto delle spese è stato presentato al capofila .
By way of derogation from Article 123 of Regulation (EU) No [... ]/2012 [CPR], expenditure incurred in a currency other than the euro shall be converted into euro by the beneficiaries using the monthly accounting exchange rate of the Commission either in the month during which expenditure was incurred, or in the month during which expenditure was submitted for verification to the managing authority or the controller in accordance with Article 20, or in the month during which expenditure was reported to the lead beneficiary.
