La cooperazione in questo settore si prefigge il conseguimento della riforma agraria e della riforma delle strutture agricole, l’ammodernamento, la lotta contro le malattie, la privatizzazione e la ristrutturazione dell’agricoltura, dell’allevamento, dell’agroindustria e del terziario nella Repubblica di Tagikistan, lo sviluppo dei mercati interno ed estero per i prodotti tagiki, tutelando anche l’ambiente e tenendo conto dell’esigenza di migliorare l’approvvigionamento alimentare, nonché lo sviluppo delle imprese di produzione, di trasformazione e di distribuzione dei prodotti agricoli.
