If the outcome of the inspection referred to in ►M11 point (d) of paragraph 1g ◄ is that the marketing authorisation holder does not comply with the pharmacovigilance system as described in the pharmacovigilance system master file and with Title IX, the competent authority of the Member State concerned shall bring the deficiencies to the attention of the marketing authorisation holder and give him the opportunity to submit comments.
8. Si l’inspection visée au ►M11 paragraphe 1 octies, point d) ◄ , conclut que le titulaire de l’autorisation de mise sur le marché ne respecte pas le système de pharmacovigilance tel que décrit dans le dossier permanent du système de pharmacovigilance et les dispositions du titre IX, l’autorité compétente de l’État membre concerné signale ces défaillances au titulaire en question en lui donnant la possibilité de présenter des observations.
