The objectives of this dialogue, as of others too, and I will come back to this, are in a sense to build bridges across the Atlantic by bringing together a number of private, non-governmental players on the one hand and political decision-makers in the Union and the US Administration on the other.
Les objectifs de ce dialogue, comme d'autres d'ailleurs, et je vais y revenir, sont en quelque sorte de construire des ponts à travers l'Atlantique, notamment en engageant un certain nombre d'acteurs non gouvernementaux, privés, d'une part, et les décideurs politiques de l'Union et de l'administration américaine, d'autre part.
