Madam Speaker, I thank my hon. colleague for her question because I think that has been a grave concern for those of us on this side of the House, that so much of the direction of the government is simply toward incarceration and there is not nearly enough consideration of how we deal with prevention, because prevention, as she says, is very key.
Madame la Présidente, je remercie ma collègue de sa question. Je pense que le point qu'elle a soulevé nous préoccupe vivement de ce côté-ci de la Chambre, à savoir que, dans ses orientations, le gouvernement attache davantage d'importance à l'incarcération qu'à la prévention.
