At some point, I would have thought, if I were a Serb sitting in Belgrade, I might say that Mr. Milosevic's policy of guaranteeing Greater Serbia is not working, that it looks like Kosovo is going, Montenegro might split off, they've already lost Croatia, Slovenia, etc.
À un certain moment, j'aurais cru, si j'avais été un Serbe siégeant à Belgrade, que la politique de M. Milosevic consistant à garantir la Grande Serbie ne fonctionne pas, que le Kosovo semblait disparaître, que le Monténégro pourrait se séparer, qu'ils ont déjà perdu la Croatie, la Slovénie etc.
