I would certainly argue that we need better data and better information. To ask that fundamental question, if you were to design this system de novo, would you have this level of redundancy on purpose or would you just involve these people more meaningfully in the public system, in our public hospitals, the infrastructure for which exists?
Personnellement, je soutiens que nous avons besoin de meilleures données et de meilleures informations, d'où la question fondamentale qui se pose : si l'on devait tout recommencer, est-ce qu'on adopterait délibérément ce niveau de redondance ou est-ce qu'on ferait participer le secteur privé d'une manière qui serait plus utile au système public, à nos hôpitaux publics, à l'infrastructure en place?
