For taxation purposes, the bridge, over the Rodebach between Selfkant (north of Millen, Germany) and Echt-Susteren (north of Sittard, the Netherlands), will be considered as being on German territory for supplies of goods and services, for intra-Community acquisitions and for imports of goods intended for its construction, repair and renovation.
À des fins fiscales, le pont, qui se trouve sur le Rodebach entre Selfkant (au nord de Millen, en Allemagne) et Echt-Susteren (au nord de Sittard, aux Pays-Bas), sera considéré comme étant situé sur le territoire allemand pour ce qui concerne les livraisons de biens et les prestations de services ainsi que les acquisitions intracommunautaires et les importations de biens destinés à sa construction, à sa réparation et à sa rénovation.
