As I indicate, my understanding of the way the Supreme Court to date has interpreted the notion of human dignity in the context of relationships for the purposes of section 15 is that as long as the relationship shows an economic interdependence you share expenses and things like that and as long as there's a strong emotional bond, then that is part of a core of human dignity that cannot be infringed upon under section 15.
