Pour cette raison, j'estime que la partie la plus importante du rapport Olsson est précisément cet appel fort aux gouvernements pour qu'ils appliquent les règles jusqu'au bout et qu'ils restituent donc la confiance aux citoyens, qu'ils soient consommateurs ou éleveurs, par le biais d'une campagne d'information adaptée, mais surtout par un soutien adapté à ceux qui sont directement frappés par cette tragédie, c'est-à-dire les éleveurs.
