mbre 1989, e prende atto del sostegno della Commissione a favore di questa impostazione; - RAMMENTA l'accordo politico raggiunto nella sessione del Consiglio "Telecomunicazioni" del 17 novembre 1994, che si è concretizzato nella risoluzione del Consiglio del 22 dicembre 1994 nonché nelle dichiarazioni effettuate in tale occasione; RAMMENTA che detta risoluzione riconosce in particolare il principio della liberalizzazione delle infrastrutture di telecomunicazioni al 1u gennaio 1998, restando inteso che a taluni Stati membri è accordato un periodo transitorio supplementare; - RAMMENTA che, nella sua iniziativa, la Commissione de
...[+++]ve anche tener conto delle competenze del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio per quanto riguarda le disposizioni legislative destinate, sulla base di proposte della Commissione, a stabilire il contesto normativo europeo delle telecomunicazioni, in particolare in materia di norme di interconnessione, di fornitura universale del servizio, di accesso alle frequenze, di apparecchiature terminali e di licenze; della necessaria coerenza e del parallelismo auspicabile tra il processo di armonizzazione ed il processo di liberalizzazione; dei termini che gli Stati membri potrebbero chiedere per adottare le misure nazionali di applicazione delle direttive previste dalla Commissione; - SOTTOLINEA che le presenti conclusioni lasciano impregiudicate le rispettive posizioni degli Stati membri sulla forma e sul contenuto dei progetti di direttive presentati dalla Commissione; - RILEVA in proposito che, all'atto dell'esame di questo testo da parte delle autorità del Consiglio, gli Stati membri hanno posto numerosi quesiti alla Commissione e che, da allora, la maggior parte degli Stati membri ha inoltre trasmesso osservazioni scritte su uno dei progetti della Commissione; - INVITA la Commissione a rispondere ai quesiti che le sono stati rivolti ed a tenere nella massima considerazione le posizioni espresse dal Consiglio e dagli Stati membri prima di dare a queste iniziative il seguito che riterrà opportuno". ......ovember 1994, which was given concrete form in the Council Resolution of 22 December 1994 and in the statements made on that occasion; RECALLS that this Resolution recognizes in particular the principle of liberalization of telecommunication infrastructures on 1 January 1998, on the understanding that an additional transitional period is granted to certain Member States; - POINTS OUT that
