Proposed section 172.32 provides that if, on the Minister’s application, it appears to a court of competent jurisdiction that a person has done, is about to do, or is likely to do, any act or thing constituting or directed toward the commission of an offence under
proposed Part V. 1, the court may issue an injunction ordering the person named in
the application: to refrain from doing any act or thing that, in the opinion of the court, may constitute or be directed toward the commission of an offence under
proposed ...[+++] Part V. 1; or to do any act or thing that, in the opinion of the court, may prevent the commission of an offence under proposed Part V. 1.
Selon le nouvel article 172.32, si, à la demande du ministre, le tribunal compétent conclut à l’existence, l’imminence ou la probabilité d’un fait constituant une infraction à la nouvelle partie V. 1, ou tendant à sa perpétration, il peut, par ordonnance, enjoindre à la personne nommée dans la demande de s’abstenir de tout acte susceptible, selon lui, de constituer l’infraction ou de tendre à sa perpétration aux termes de la partie V. 1 ou d’accomplir tout acte susceptible, selon lui, d’empêcher la perpétration de l’infraction aux termes de la partie V. 1
