Pour relever ce défi, la Commission a proposé un programme couvrant une période de cinq ans et dont l'objectif est d'accélérer le processus de transformation et de combler la brèche ouverte dans le domaine des services mobiles : trois lignes spécifiques, avec l'aide d'études stratégiques et la contribution d'acteurs du marché, identifiés dans les domaines sur lesquels l'impact au niveau européen peut être maximisé, à savoir stimulation de l'exploitation de l'information du secteur public, amélioration de l'adaptation linguistique et culturelle et dynamisation du marché.
In response to this challenge, the Commission has proposed a five-year programme with the aim of accelerating the process of transformation and filling the gap open in the mobile services: three specific lines with the help of strategic studies and input from market actors who are identified in the areas where impact at European level can be maximised, namely, stimulating the exploitation of public sector information, enhancing linguistic and cultural customisation, and supporting market enablers.
