(7) L’appelant joint à l’avis d’appel une demande de transcription et attestation établie selon la formule 82C et, dans les quinze jours qui suivent, l’attestation du sténographe judiciaire en chef ou du sténographe judiciaire établie selon la formule 82E, avec les modifications nécessaires, à l’égard des parties de l’audience tenue devant la cour d’appel en matière de poursuites sommaires qu’il juge nécessaires au règlement des questions en litige dans le cadre de l’appel.
(7) The appellant shall file with the notice of appeal a request for transcript and certificate in Form 82C and, within 15 days thereafter, a certificate of the Chief Court Reporter or a court reporter in Form 82E, with such modifications as may be necessary, in relation to any portions of the proceedings in the summary conviction appeal court that the appellant believes are necessary to enable the issues on appeal to be determined.
