These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. The main diagnosis should be classified, whenever possible, according to the substance or class of substances that has caused or contributed most to the presenting clinical syndrome. Other diagnoses should be coded when other psychoactive substances have been taken in intoxicating amounts (common fourth character .0) or to the extent of causing harm (common fourth character .1), dependence (common fourth character .2) or other disorders (common fourth character .3-.9). 16 (1) Where, under a contract or other arrangement, an amount can reasonably be regarded as being in part interest or other amount of an income nature and in part an amount of a capital nature, the following rules apply:

(d) a payment referred to in subsection 16(1) of the Act that can reasonably be regarded as being in part a payment of interest or other payment of an income nature and in part a payment of a capital nature, where the payment is made by a corporation, association, organization or institution,

(a) the construction or improvement of roads, bridges and water courses on lands of the First Nation; (b) the construction or improvement of outer boundary fences on lands of the First Nation; (c) the purchase of land for use by the First Nation; (d) the purchase for the First Nation of the interest of a member in lands of the First Nation; (e) the purchase of machinery and equipment for the First Nation; (f) the construction on, or in connection with, lands of the First Nation of such improvements or works as it considers will be of permanent value to the First Nation or will constitute a capital investment; (g) the purpose of making a once-in-a ...[+++]-lifetime payment to any living person whose name is deleted from the membership list of the First Nation in an amount not exceeding one per capita share of the capital moneys held by the First Nation; (h) the purpose of making loans to, investments in, or contributions to corporations or trusts; (i) the purpose of meeting expenses necessarily incidental to the management of lands of the First Nation and other First Nation property;
