b) Si, après expiration d’un délai raisonnable ouvert par une déclaration d’irrecevabilité visée au paragraphe a) ci-dessus, l’État membre persiste à ne pas remplir l’une de ses obligations au titre des présents Statuts, le Fonds peut, par une décision prise à la majorité de soixante-dix pour cent du nombre total des voix attribuées, suspendre les droits de vote de l’État membre.
(b) If, after the expiration of a reasonable period following a declaration of ineligibility under (a) above, the member persists in its failure to fulfill any of its obligations under this Agreement, the Fund may, by a seventy percent majority of the total voting power, suspend the voting rights of the member.
