La normativa nazionale non può pertanto limitare il diritto degli aventi diritto con residenza al di fuori della Repubblica slovacca a ricevere i suddetti assegni. La normativa nazionale della Repubblica slovacca, la quale prevede siffatta limitazione, è quindi contraria all’articolo 48 TFUE e agli articoli 7 e 21 del regolamento n. 883/2004.
