(29) Il presente regolamento dovrebbe imporre alla banca o all'altro soggetto responsabile dell'esecuzione dell'ordinanza di sequestro conservativo nello Stato membro dell'esecuzione l'obbligo di dichiarare se e, in caso affermativo, in che misura l'ordinanza abbia portato al sequestro conservativo di somme appartenenti al debitore, nonché l'obbligo per il creditore di assicurare il dissequestro delle somme sottoposte a sequestro conservativo eccedenti l'importo specificato nell'ordinanza.

8. 8. Where the currency of the funds held in the account or accounts referred to in point (a) of paragraph 2 is not the same as that in which the Preservation Order was issued, the bank shall convert the amount specified in the Order into the currency of the funds by reference to the foreign exchange reference rate of the European Central Bank or the exchange rate of the central bank of the Member State of enforcement for sale of that currency on the day and at the time of the implementation of the Order, and shall preserve the corresponding amount in the currency of the funds .
